Dyam Sanchez, CPA
Dyam Sanchez, CPA, is a seasoned professional with a passion for guiding clients through the complexities of accounting and taxation. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation from FGCU, and a CPA license in Florida, Dyam has cultivated a distinguished career path marked by diverse experiences and leadership roles.
His journey began in a prominent CPA firm, where Dyam honed his skills in complex tax preparation and audits across a spectrum of industries, from non-profits and HOAs to construction. Seeking to broaden his expertise, Dyam spent over eight years at the Internal Revenue Service as a Small-Business Self-Employment Revenue Agent. While at the IRS, he also managed international offshore compliance projects and supervised a team of Field Revenue Agents at the local Fort Myers office, gaining invaluable insights into intricate tax issues and regulatory compliance.
In 2024, Dyam assumed ownership of DSG CPAs + Advisors, acquiring formerly DG Perry's Fort Myers office, where he had previously served as Partner in Charge since January 2021. With nearly two decades of professional acumen under his belt, Dyam is dedicated to providing proactive and tailored tax solutions that exceed client expectations. His commitment to excellence, combined with a deep understanding of audit procedures and tax strategies, has established him as a trusted advisor and respected leader in the industry.
Outside of work, Dyam is passionate about community involvement and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the Southwest Florida area and beyond.

Robert Eason, CPA
Robert Eason earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University. He also pursued advanced taxation studies at Pace University. With a diverse background that includes roles at Deloitte, AT&T, and ITT Industries, Robert has significant experience in tax resolution and preparation for individuals, businesses, and trusts. Now based in Naples, he serves as a Tax Manager at DSG CPAs + Advisors.

Jason Hutchison
Jason Hutchison is an accounting professional with over seven years of experience in tax planning, preparation, and comprehensive accounting services. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Accountancy from Ohio University. Jason has served as a Tax Supervisor and Senior Accountant, leading teams and managing complex tax projects. As a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, he is skilled in both QuickBooks Online and Desktop. His focus on delivering accurate financial solutions and strategic tax planning makes him a valuable resource.

Jonathan Cerny, originally from Wisconsin, served 4.5 years as an airborne infantryman in the U.S. Army. He is currently pursuing an accounting degree at FGCU, set to graduate this fall, with a focus on tax services. Since January 2024, Jonathan has been an invaluable member of DSG, bringing a unique blend of dedication and analytical skills to the firm's tax team. His background in the military has equipped him with a structured approach to problem-solving, enhancing his ability to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Lilly Rooks, originally from Kansas, moved to Florida in 2021 to pursue her accounting degree at FGCU, completing her bachelor's in three years. Now a graduate student focusing on accounting and taxation, Lilly's practical experience includes working as an accounting clerk and interning at a tax firm. Currently, she is an Associate Tax Accountant at DSG, specializing in financial statements, tax returns, and bookkeeping. Lilly’s proactive approach to learning and dedication to excellence make her a valuable asset to the team.
